Work Well Enterprise
Work Well have a daily workforce of between 30 and 40 people who are able to carry out contract work of varying types since April, 2001. Work Well has a great deal of commercial experience in the following areas:
- Light assembly and packaging
- Product customisation
- labeling and re-labeling
- Packaging of multi-match and non-machinable items
- Mail shots including multi-insert
- Re-packaging of products
Based in Springvale Industrial Estate in Cwmbran, Work Well provides work experience and training for people with learning disabilities in a non-segregated and supported environment.
Work Well aims to enhance individuals employment and educational opportunities by offering them a supported place of work where their efforts are recognised and rewarded.
All work carried out at Work Well is completed to our customers agreed specifications. Work is supervised by our project managers and support workers thus ensuring all your work will be completed to the highest industry standards.
